Terraza is a spacious new home with a beautiful view
overlooking the coastline and Fila Chonta Mountain range.
The 1000 sq. foot covered terrace is perfect for viewing
the wildlife while watching the sunset, barbecuing,
entertaining or taking a dip in the tiled pool with
ocean views. The pathways surrounding the home allow
you a close up view of
Costa Rica's tropical plants
and trees that attract a large variety of butterflies
and birds. The endangered Titi monkeys are frequent
visitors to the property. Casa Terraza, situated in
an excellent neighborhood, has a unique open design
allowing an ocean view from all principal rooms. You
will feel comfortable in the spacious accommodations
with vaulted teak beam ceilings, and the one level design
makes for easy access for guests of all ages.
*Casa
Terraza may also be rented in conjunction with Casa
Amapola, which is just 50 meters away. This presents
a nice scenario for larger group and especially for
groups of 3 couples. *
